Dr. Louis Jolyon West was a prominent jewish spy-chiatrist, former Air Force officer, NASA behavioral control specialist, and CIA MKUltra mindfucker extraordinaire.

These are some of his papers from one of his more infamous efforts, the "Haight Ashbury Research Project", clandestine MKUltra testing which was foisted on unsuspecting hippies, runaways, and other psychologically compromised victims in San Francisco during the late 1960's and early 1970's.
