George Hoben Estabrooks (1895-1973) was a Canadian-American psychologist who was a pioneer in the military and intelligence use of hypnosis and programmed "Manchurian Candidates".
 
He had been involved in psychic and mind control research since at least the 1920's, and as an expert in telepathy and Mesmerism he was called upon in the pre-WW2 years to tinker on people’s noodles to find new and exciting military applications for those technologies.
 
Yes, I said pre-WW2.
 
This book contains documents wherein he admits creating multiple personality mind controlled alters for the Marines in 1943 and in-depth correspondence starting in the mid 1930's between Estabrooks and the FBI detailing plans to train FBI specialists to mind control people for such fun and delightful activities as assassination and sex honeypot operations.
 
We are told that MKULTRA style operations only began after WW2 “to keep up with the Russians”. These documents prove unequivocally that that narrative is complete horseshit. They also prove that real, no bullshit mind controlled alters were successfully used and in operation by the FBI in the 1930s and very likely well before that.
